Is Rice Lake Wireless up and running?
We are glad to say that Rice Lake Wireless has been running at a limited capacity since September 2017! All site surveys have been completed and we are currently working on ensuring that the quality of the service is satisfaction-worthy.
 
Why can’t I get an installation date as yet?
As Rice Lake Wireless has just started up, we are currently in the process of hiring full time and part time staff including installer technicians and customer service representatives to provide you with professional and efficient service.
 
What if I cannot schedule an installation before the end of the promotion expiry date?
We understand that there were some technical hiccups in the beginning stages of starting Rice Lake Wireless that we learned from and have recently improved. Rice Lake Wireless values your business and patience while we start up, therefore, we are honouring our Introductory promotional offer after the noted expiration dates to accommodate those who could not have an installation scheduled before the expiry date.
 
Why do I keep getting flyers in the mail, but cannot get an installation date confirmed?
We are in the process of scheduling installations as service becomes available in your specific area and the flyers are what would be presented to the installers to sign-up for the introductory offer.
 
Is there Rice Lake Wireless service in my area?
You may have full service if, you have line of sight to our tower and are located north of Minnetonka and highway 45, but we can answer that question with certainty if you provide us with your full address.

Please note that while you are currently unable to obtain a proper Rice Lake Wireless signal, we are working on ensuring that you will be able to soon. We would like to be certain to provide you with satisfactory and positive quality reception to service your home or business. If you have reached out via e-mail and/ or phone with the above locations, please know that you have automatically been put on a list to provide updates on when service for these areas will become available and arrange for scheduling installations. We will also be sure to post updates to Facebook, Instagram, and our website, as they come along over the next few weeks, so please stay tuned for the good news!
 
If I can’t get service in my area, when will I be able to get service?

Will I still be eligible for the promotion if service in my area becomes available after the promotion expiry date?

I am unable to get in contact with anyone and have questions about the service. What is the best way to have my questions answered?
As there is an overwhelming demand to sign up, and while we are currently going through the hiring process for obtaining the future Rice Lake Wireless staff, the best way to receive a prompt response right now is through the following channels:

Hours of operation: 
8:30am – 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, 
8:30am-1:00 pm on Friday;

What are the pricing packages after the promotion expires?
As Rice Lake Wireless is currently working on ensuring that there is consistent service in local areas, fair pricing packages will be available once this phase is completed as the coverage areas are a one of many dependencies. In the meantime, we are welcoming anyone to sign up for the introductory promotion offer with no commitment and they will be able to decide whether they would like to continue with the soon-to-be released pricing packages as they become available. The packages, including static IP address pricing, will be posted on the website and our Social Media channel once they are available.
